Raising Participation Age, Moving On event. Coventry University in Dagenham.

On 18th October 2023 Yr 10 & 11 students were offered the opportunity to attend the Raising Participation Age Moving On event which was held at Coventry University in Dagenham.
Whilst there, students had the opportunity to meet and interact with a wide range of representatives from local colleges, sixth form providers and universities. Students were able to collect course booklets, leaflets and flyers as well as free goodie bags from these providers. They took advantage of this and asked many questions to help them to make decisions about their future pathways. Students also attended a brief presentation on the support that was on offer from the local authority for their transition and careers options. Students found it a very valuable experience and have made some positive links already with college providers.
