GCSE Dance Hip Hop Dance Workshop
BackYear 10 GCSE Dance took part in a Hip Hop Workshop, enhancing their knowledge on action, dynamic and spatial contact of the Hip Hop genre, linking to the anthology 'Emancipation of Expressionism'.
Year 10 were joined by external practitioner Georgia Hussey, who developed the technical accuracy of the ensemble piece and extended their choreography.
Year 10 are excited to record this piece on the stage, using lighting to support their choreographic intentions of 'hip hop as a tool for expression' and 'wanting to affect the audience's emotions'. Fantastic efforts Year 10.
