On Tuesday 13th December a selected group of year 7s took part in a careers workshop run by a paramedic focusing on jobs within the ambulance service and the NHS.

Students learnt about accessing higher education as well as apprenticeship routes and the diversity of roles within the health care sector.  As part of the workshop students were able to look at their own priorities for their future as well as testing their critical thinking and instincts by applying the emergency planning matrix to a given scenario.
