In the month of January
BackIn the month of January students took part in the following extra-curricular activities:
- Year 10 and 11 GCSE Dance students enjoyed a workshop that focused on developing their Set Phase performance pieces.
- A group of Year 7 PE students spent a day developing their Sports Leadership skills at Stubbers Outdoor Activity Centre
- The PE Department took a team representing all years to the Havering Schools’ Badminton Competition at Harrow Lodge Sports Centre.
- Year 11 GCSE Drama students enjoyed a spine-tingling matinee performance of The Woman in Black at the Fortune Theatre, London.
- The Music Department took a group of KS3 students to the O2 Arena to participate in the Young Voices Choir.
- The PE Department hosted the Havering Schools’ Swimming Gala. Not only did Year 10 and 11 Sports Leaders organise and administer the event but our competitors enjoyed significant success.
