The Year 9 Sports Day saw a hard-fought contest between each form group in the year. We began the day with the athletics events, with 9S winning two of the girls' events and two of the boys' events. An impressive 12.32 seconds was recorded by Roman in the 100m race. The shot put competition saw a fierce rivalry between form groups, culminating in the boys' competition being won by 9S and Jake with a distance of 10m and the girls' competition won by 9A Simone with a distance of 8.9m.

The afternoon session featured the rounders competition, where each form group played in a round-robin format against one another. Again, it was a closely fought competition, ending with the following positions: sixth place 9C, fifth place 9B, fourth place 9S, third place 9A, second place 9M, and overall winners 9R, who finished with wins in all five of their games.

After tallying all the scores for the day, the final results for the overall Sports Day 2024 Year 9 competition are as follows:
- Sixth position: 9B
- Fifth position: 9C
- Fourth position: 9M
- Third position: 9R
- Second position: 9S
- First position: 9A
