Business and Enterprise Day

Friday 12th July took the Year 10 cohort into the end of their careers week, participating in Business and Enterprise Day 2024.  Students worked in teams to create, design and promote a new piece of sustainable sportswear.

Students worked in roles, decided by their teams in promotion, design, logistics, business plans and costings - creating a product and pitch to present to a panel of judges.

There were some fantastic ideas from all tables, with sustainability and creativity throughout the day, looking and behaving with excellence and professionalism.

Thank you to the support and positive guidance provided by our judges Sarah-Jayne, Amy, Ian and Mrs Jethwa throughout the day.

Winning teams:

3rd Place:  'Sweatz' - Cooling sweatband

2nd Place: 'Octawear' - Fresh sole smartwatch trainers

1st Place: 'Suitable Swimmers' - Swim hats for all hair types and ages
