Cross country report
BackThe boys competition took place on a cold, wet monday. The wind whistled through the trees while Mr Bellinger eagerly awaited the start of the KS4 race. Abbs Cross were not coming in hot favourites but they certainly had a point to prove. Lucas L ran well with the pick of the Year 10/ 11 students. The year 7's had their first taste of cross country action with notable performances from William. In the afternoon, the weather softed and it was the Year 8 and 9 races took place. Taylor ran an excellent race for year 8 and Harry managed a fantastic 9th in his race to finish as the top performing Abbs Cross boy.
